Most of the times, most nutritious things are never liked by people. Yeah, its about milk. Out of all the dairy foods, milk is most nutritious. Nevertheless, not liked by many people especially children. Here is a list of things that prove the several benefits of milk:

1. Calcium- Milk is one of the greatest sources of calcium. Calcium helps in building strong bones and teeth.

2. Protein: Quite high with protein, milk helps in the process of muscle building and the repair of muscles when sore after exercise.

3. Vitamin D: The vitamin D present in the milk helps the body in the absorption of calcium. Thus, making calcium intake more effective.

4. Phosphorus: Helps in making bones strong by increasing their density.

5. Vitamin A: Milk is rich in Vitamin A. This essential vitamin helps in maintaining clear vision by protecting one from night blindness and actively in participates in boosting immunity by promoting the production of white blood cells.

6. Potassium: Milk also helps in maintaining healthy blood pressure because of the potassium present in it.

Besides the aforementioned vitamins and minerals, milk is also rich in Vitamin B12, Niacin and Riboflavin.

Because of the regular intake of milk, we get such crucial micronutrients that help us in remaining fit and active, we can concentrate and focus better and make better decisions.

Milk is one of the very strongest calcium sources for the body. Milk is filled with vitamin D which helps absorb calcium in the body. Proper intake of calcium makes for strong and healthy bones. Drinking milk offers other benefits, such as healthy teeth, rehydration and improves intake of vitamins.
