Does anyone else should indulge in parenting except mother & father ?

Yes definitely one can be  indulge in parentiong who are not only elder but also has a sense of responsibility towards kids. Grand Parents, Uncle, Aunt, Big Brother, Sister, could legaly be a parent of a kid as well. But it needs to be taken care that the one who have taken the responsibility must be responsible with all the duties towards the  kids.

Yes apart from the parents elders can guide the children but to a certain extent. They should not interfere much or should, not indulge with the children that they stop respecting their own parents. Over indulgence can be harfmful for the children sometimes like they cannot take their own life decision or might have some health issues.
