Unlike traditional milk, almond milk is good for the heart, and it is rich in feeling fibers, vitamins like D, E and A, iron, and other important nutrients.

3. Oat milk 

If you have steel-cut oats and water in your house, you can make oat milk instantly. Or, if you want to save the trouble of making it, go to a nearby store, and you will find a crayon of oat milk. In recent years, it is taking the market by storm. It is extremely lightweight and does not irritate people who are suffering from gastrointestinal problems. People who are lactose intolerant can enjoy the taste of milk oat milk.

4. Coconut milk 

This milk is a taste of heaven. They have a stable flavor of coconut with a hint of sweetness. You can either make it at home by grinding coconut and cold pressing it in a service or buy it from the stores. One disclaimer about coconut milk is it is on the costlier side. However, if you have taste buds for coconut, this will be a portion of heaven served in a glass.
