5 Natural Allergy Remedies For Your Kids

Allergies come and go making your and your kid’s life filled with troubles. Those parents who are handling hypersensitive kids will know the pain. If the condition is severe, a doctor is always there to serve you, but with some natural remedies, you can save your kids and the doc’s fees. 

1. Having Local Raw Honey

Having raw honey that is available locality will help you to build tolerance making pollen allergies. It is summer, and the flowers are up to their fullest bloom. The bees are busy running around, and people get highly affected by pollen allergies this time of the year. 

If you have kids sensitive to pollen, raw honey is a great way to help them build immunity against pollen allergies. 

2. Having Anti-Inflammatory Food 

Anti-inflammatory food can save your day. They are a way to help your kids fight off allergies and other health issues.

are anti-inflammatory. Ensure to include one of this food in your kid’s everyday diet. 

These foods are loaded with vitamin C, antibiotics, good bacteria, and are mineral dense. Having this food regularly will help you build a stronger immune system to help your kids fight common allergies. 

3. A Glass Of Lukewarm Water And AVC

ACV is a great ingredient that helps in breaking mucus and helps in keeping lymphatic drainage healthy. After your little one gets up in the morning, serve your boos with a glass of lukewarm water with a tablespoon of ACV. 

To be honest, it will not taste good. You will be bombarded with enormous tantrums from your kids while they refuse to have it. But you must find a way to make it reach their body. 

4. Essential Oils 

There are also certain remedies that will work externally when your kid has an allergy. Essential oil like eucalyptus oil and frankincense oil are great for soothing allergies. You can add them to hot water and take in the vapour or add it into your neti pot. 

You can use a few drops of these oils in the humidifier, put them in the washing machine while you are washing your baby’s clothes, or use them for wiping the floors and furniture. 

5. Keep Your House Squeaky Clean 

Your kid might be allergic to dust, cobwebs or pests. So it is very important that you keep your house and surroundings clean. Ensure that you host pest control twice every year. Furthermore, ensure that you vacuum your house regularly, along with washing the floors. 

When it comes to your kid’s room, ensure you change the sheets as often as you can. You can also install air purifiers in your house. These machines are wonderful when it comes to keeping your surrounding clean. 

And when it comes to using daily care products like shampoo, soap, facewash, etc., ensure you buy hypoallergenic products so that your little one doesn’t have to suffer.
