Baking oatmeal is best way to create a healthy snack full of whole grains that can be eaten through the week.

To make baked oatmeal, just mix well 2 cups of rolled oats, 3 cups of milk, 2 beaten eggs, 2 ta spoons of vanilla and sugar to taste. Now, when the mixture is ready, add it to a greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 45 minutes. You can top it up with fresh fruits to make it more appealing and delicious.

7. Overnight Oats Magic

Oats frozen overnight tend to attain an ice cream sort of deliciousness.
