  • 2-3 sweet potatoes, cut into fries
  • ½ tbsp paprika
  • ½ tbsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Here’s how you can prepare it easily at home.

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  • Take a bowl and combine the fries, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper until the fries are properly coated.
  • Arrange the fries on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes 
  • Serve hot either as a side dish or snack!

Mediterranean Quinoa Salad

To prepare this tempting Mediterranean salad, you will need;

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • ½ cup diced cucumber
  • 1 cup diced cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup juliened bell peppers
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ¼ cup sliced olives
  • ¼ cup shredded feta cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley
  • 1 freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ sliced banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
