Instructions: How to Make Crustless Spinach Mushroom Quiche

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a medium pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the sliced mushrooms for about 3-4 minutes, until softened. Add the chopped spinach and cook for another 2-3 minutes until wilted. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
