  • 1 cup Ragi ( fresh ) - default
  • 2 tbsp Ghee ( fresh ) - default
  • 1 handful Jaggery, Cane ( fresh ) - default
  • 1 handful Almond ( fresh ) - default

Instructions: How to Make Ragi Laddu

  • Roast and Combine
    Roast Ragi (finger millet) and grind it into flour in a pan with a little ghee until aromatic. Remove from heat and mix in powdered jaggery (or sugar) and finely chopped nut (e.g., almonds, cardamom powder).
  • Shape the Laddoos
    While the mixture is still slightly warm, grease your palms with a little ghee. Take small portions of the mixture and quickly roll them tightly into smooth, round balls (laddoos).
