  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup - default
  • 100 ml water ( chilled ) - default
  • 0.5 cup Ice cubes - default
  • 2 piece Mint Leaves - default

Instructions: How to Make Whipped Raspberry Lemonade

  • In a small blender or food processor, combine 0.5 cup fresh raspberries, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon agave syrup. Blend until smooth.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a glass to remove seeds, using the back of a spoon to press out the juice.
  • In a separate chilled bowl, whip 0.25 cup coconut cream using a hand whisk or electric mixer for 1–2 minutes until fluffy and soft peaks form.
  • Pour 0.75 cup cold or sparkling water into the raspberry lemonade mixture and stir well.
  • Add 0.5 cup ice cubes to a serving glass and pour the lemonade mixture over the ice
  • Spoon the whipped coconut cream on top to form a light, airy layer.
  • Garnish with 0.25 teaspoon lemon zest and 2 fresh mint leaves before serving.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy chilled.
