What Ingredients do I Need for Aam Panna?

  • 1 cup Mango, Green, Raw ( fresh ) - default
  • 4 leaf Mint Leaves ( fresh ) - default
  • 1 tbsp Jaggery, Cane ( fresh ) - default
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds ( fresh ) - default

Instructions: How to Make Aam Panna

  • Cook and Prepare the Pulp
    Boil or pressure cook raw green mangoes until soft. Peel and scoop out the pulp, then blend it with fresh mint leaves, powdered jaggery or sugar, roasted cumin powder, and black salt (kala namak) to create a thick concentrate.
  • Mix and Serve
    To serve, take 2-3 tablespoons of the prepared concentrate and mix it vigorously with a glass of chilled water (or ice cubes). Adjust water and seasoning to taste, then garnish with a mint sprig.
