What Ingredients do I Need for Kaddu Juice?

  • 1.5 cup Pumpkin - default
  • 1 tsp Ginger, Fresh - default
  • 1 tsp Turmeric - default
  • 2 cup water - default
  • 1 tsp Honey - default
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper - default

Instructions: How to Make Kaddu Juice

  • Instructions
    Cut pumpkin in half, remove seeds, and peel you pumpkin. I like to cut it in half, scoop out the seeds, cut it half again then stand on the cut end and use my knife to cut off the skin before dicing intu cuber.
  • Chopping
    Place peeled, diced pumpkin into the blender with ginger, turmeric and water. Blend for 10-15 seconds, or until pumpkin has been pureed.
  • Blend
    Sit a fine mesh strainer over a bowl or large glass measurring cup, then pour the pumpkin mixture over the strainer, using a spoon to puch as mch liquid out of the pulp as possible.
  • Serve
    Drizzle honey into the strained pumpkin juice, adding more until yo've reached your desired sweetness level. Add in a pinch of black pepper, then pour into a glass over ice and drink immediately.
