  • 1 glass Milk, Whole, Cow ( fresh ) - default
  • 1 tsp Jaggery, Cane ( fresh ) - default
  • 1 pinch Saffron ( fresh ) - default
  • 15 piece Almond ( fresh ) - default

Instructions: How to Make Kesar Badam Milk

  • Prepare the Base
    Soak and blanch about 15-20 almonds; peel and grind them into a smooth paste with a little milk. Bring milk (about 500 ml) to a boil, reduce the heat, and stir in the almond paste, jaggery (or desired sweetener), and a few strands of saffron (kesar).
  • Simmer and Flavor
    Simmer the milk mixture for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until it slightly thickens and the saffron imparts its color and aroma. Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios. Serve warm or chilled.
