  • 1 count Banana, Ripe, Robusta ( frozen ) - default
  • 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup ( fresh ) - default
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon ( fresh ) - default
  • 1 cup Milk, Whole, Cow ( fresh ) - default

Instructions: How to Make Oats Banana Smoothie

  • Grind the oats
    Place the oats in the bottom of your blender and pulse until they are a fine, powdery consistency. This prevents a grainy texture in your smoothie.
  • Add remaining ingredients
    Add the banana, milk, and any optional ingredients (like peanut butter, cinnamon, or sweetener) to the blender.
  • Blend
