What Ingredients do I Need for Tomato Juice?

  • 1 cup Coriander Leaves - default
  • 1 tsp Salt - default
  • 1 cup Tomato, Ripe, Local ( fresh ) - default
  • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper ( fresh ) - default

Instructions: How to Make Tomato Juice

  • Prep the Tomatoes
    Wash the tomatoes thoroughly. Remove the stems and the hard green "core" from the top. Cut them into quarters or chunks.
  • Blend
    Place the tomato chunks into a blender. Add the mint or celery if using. Pulse a few times, then blend on high for about 30–60 seconds until completely liquefied.

  • Strain (Optional but Recommended)
    Place a fine-mesh sieve over a bowl or pitcher. Pour the mixture through. Use a spoon to press the pulp against the mesh to extract every drop of juice. Discard the seeds and skin.
  • Season & Chill
    Stir in your salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Add a few ice cubes to the glass or refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving for the best taste.
