Instructions: How to Make Aloo bhujiya sabzi

  • Preparation
    To make aloo bhujia sabji recipe, head mustard oil till smoking point , then add cumin seeds, chili green, and turmeric powder
    Utensils:
    1. kadhai
  • Saute for a few seconds. Add the potatoes, mix well and cover and cook on a medium flame for 8 to 10min.
  • Add onion, coriander and salt
  • Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4 to 5min, while stirring occasionally.
  • Serve aloo bhujia sabji hot garnished with coriander.
