  • 0.25 tsp Garlic paste - default
  • 0.25 tsp Garam masala - default
  • 0.25 tsp Salt, Table, Iodized - default
  • 2 tbsp Soyabean Oil - default

Instructions: How to Make Corn Potato Mini Cutlets

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 1 mashed potato, 0.5 cup crushed sweet corn, 0.25 cup breadcrumbs, 1 finely chopped green chili, 1 tbsp coriander, and 0.5 tsp ginger-garlic paste.
  • Add 0.25 tsp garam masala, 0.25 tsp chaat masala, and salt to taste.
  • Mix everything well to form a soft dough. If the mixture is sticky, add a little more breadcrumbs
  • Divide the mixture into 4–5 equal parts and shape into mini cutlets (round or oval).
  • Coat each cutlet lightly with breadcrumbs for a crispy texture.
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat
  • Place the cutlets in the pan and shallow fry until golden brown and crisp on both sides, flipping as needed (about 3–4 minutes per side). Remove and place on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
