What Ingredients do I Need for Karela Chips?

  • 100 g Bitter Gourd, Jagged, Teeth Ridges, Elongate ( fresh ) - default
  • 1 tbsp Gram flour ( fresh ) - default
  • 1 tbsp Flour, Corn, Yellow, Fine Meal, Enriched ( fresh ) - default
  • 1 tsp Soyabean Oil ( fresh ) - default

Instructions: How to Make Karela Chips

  • Preparation
    Slice the karela into very thin, uniform rounds. If you want to reduce bitterness, rub them with a little salt and let sit for 15 minutes, then squeeze out the excess moisture and pat dry.
  • Season
    In a bowl, toss the slices with oil and all the dry spices until evenly coated.
  • Air Fry
    Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F). Arrange the slices in a single layer (do not over-stack).
  • Cook
    Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Keep a close eye on them during the last 3 minutes as thin slices can burn quickly
