Palak Corn Soup Recipe

Corn and spinach usually gets made into a cheesy grilled sandwich at home, but we personally liked the soup, with all warming spices and no cream at all, it's a fuss free way to feed both spinach and corn to kids. Corn is great on fibre, and spinach is well, we have been told its great on vit a. All in all a great warm soup to dig in on a rainy/autumn/winter day.
