Paratha Recipe
Plain Paratha is an Indian unleavened flatbread made from whole wheat flour (atta) or all-purpose flour (maida), often layered and pan-fried on a griddle until golden brown. Paratha in general is a versatile staple found in two main forms: plain, with a flaky, substantial texture, and stuffed with various savory fillings like spiced potatoes, paneer, or radishes.
