  • 3 tbsp Vegetable stock (or water) ( fresh ) - default

  • Boil/Steam
    Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Add the peas and cook for 3–5 minutes (fresh) or 2–3 minutes (frozen) until they are tender and bright green.
  • Shock
    Drain the peas and immediately plunge them into ice-cold water for 1 minute to preserve the vivid color and stop the cooking process.
