  • Preparation and Method
    Took all the ingredient in two different bowl one by one.
  • In one medium bowl mix dry ingredients .

  • Add wet ingredient bowl to dry ingredient and mix it very well . No lump should be their.

  • Took skillet on the flame to heat for 5min.

  • Drop the batter onto the skillet by /4 cup. Moth the batter if want thin in texture.

  • Cook at medium heat for about 2-3minutes per side. Lightish golden colour will appeared means cooked well .
  • Garnish and Serving Step.
    Take out the pancake in plate , garnish with butter or sugar syrup or honey any thing you want and serve it .
