What Ingredients do I Need for Ragi Pudding?

  • 2 tbsp Ragi - default
  • 2 tbsp Sugarcane, Juice - default
  • 0.5 cup milk - default
  • 0.5 cup water - default

Instructions: How to Make Ragi Pudding

  • In a cup add water and milk. So both combined you should get 1 cup, i used 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup milk. Set aside.
  • In a pan add ragi flour, coco powder (optional) and can sugar.
  • Whisk it well. Now ass the milk water mixture.
  • Whisk it well. Now switch On the stove and keep stirring using a whisk. Cook in lowest flame possible. It will start to thicken and starts to come together. It should take at least 8-10 mins for ragi to cook fully in low flame. If not add more water.
  • Add choco chips (optional) or dry fruits at this stage. Keep stirring and cook until thick and shiny.
  • It will coat the ladle like this, this is the right stage switch off and immediately.Brush water in the bowls and pour the pudding in heat safe bowls. Cover it and refrigerate.
  • While serving garnish with sprinkles and serve ragi pudding or ragi chocolate pudding chilled.
