  • 1 handful Peanuts, Raw ( fresh ) - default
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder ( fresh ) - default
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder ( fresh ) - default
  • 1 tbsp Black salt ( fresh ) - default
  • 1 tsp Mustard Oil ( fresh ) - default

Instructions: How to Make Roasted Masala Peanuts

  • Prepare the Seasoning
    In a bowl, mix raw or roasted peanuts with a tablespoon of oil (or water for oil-free). Add key spices: salt, red chili powder, turmeric, roasted cumin powder, and a generous amount of amchoor (dried mango powder) for tang.
  • Roast and Cool
    Spread the seasoned peanuts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast them in a pan for 2-5 minutes, stirring halfway, until they are crunchy. Let them cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
