What Ingredients do I Need for Roasted Oats Laddus?

  • 1 cup Oats, Whole Grain, Rolled, Old Fashioned - default
  • 0.5 cup Jaggery, Cane ( canned ) - default
  • 2 tbsp Ghee - default
  • 1 tbsp Almond ( fresh )
  • 1 tsp Cardamom, Green ( crushed )
  • 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds ( fresh )

Instructions: How to Make Roasted Oats Laddus

  • Dry roast oats on low flame until aromatic; cool and pulse coarsely
  • Heat ghee, add nuts and coconut; sauté lightly.
  • Add jaggery and stir on low heat until it softens and binds.
  • Mix in oats powder and cardamom; combine well
  • While warm, shape into laddus. Cool and store airtight.
