What Ingredients do I Need for Kuttu Ke Pakore?

  • 4 count Potato, Brown Skin, Small ( peeled ) - default
  • Chillies, Green-2 - default
  • Salt - default
  • 2 cup Ghee - default
  • 1 cup buckwheat flour - default
  • 1 cup water - default

Instructions: How to Make Kuttu Ke Pakore

  • Preparation method
    wash , remove the stem and finely chop the green chilies , peel wash and finely chop the potatoes, wash potatoes thoroughly and leave them on the sieve/colander for 2-3min to remove the extra water.
  • In a bowl take chopped potatoes, salt/rock salt , chopped green chilies, and kuttu flour, and mix well. Now add a little water and mix well again. Potatoes should be coated/covered with the batter.
  • This batter should be free flowing and it should neither be too thin not too thick.
  • Heat ghee/oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Pour a spoon full of batter into the oil, pour 7-8 pakoras , and fry on medium heat until they are reddish brown in color. It takes about 8-10min to fry each round
  • Drain them to the kitchen towel
  • Deep fry all the pakaudas in the hot oil like step 4
  • serve hot kuttu pakudas with plain curd . You can also serve pakaudi with chutney
