Mashed Vegetables Recipe

This colorful vegetable mash is a nutritional powerhouse designed to introduce infants to the savory flavors of essential vegetables. By combining carrots and cauliflower with potato, it provides a high concentration of beta-carotene, which the body converts into Vitamin A for healthy vision and immune support. The addition of a small amount of healthy fat, like ghee, ensures better absorption of these fat-soluble vitamins while providing a creamy, palatable texture. It is a gentle, easily digestible meal that supports healthy growth and developmental milestones during the crucial weaning phase.
