What Ingredients do I Need for Oats roti?

  • 2 cup Oats - default
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds - default
  • 2 count Chillies, Green-2 - default
  • Salt - default
  • 1 cup water - default
  • 1 tsp Ghee - default
  • 5 g Coriander Leaves - default

Instructions: How to Make Oats roti

  • Preparation
    Begin by grinding the oats into fine powder
    Utensils:
    1. blender
  • transfer the powdered oats into mixing bowl , add finely chop the green chilies ,cumin seeds , salt and add water gradually to form a dough. Knead well until the dough is smooth.
    Utensils:
    1. bowl
  • divide the dough into small portions and shape them into balls.
  • take one dough ball and roll it out into a flat roti on a clean surface using a rolling pin.

  • Heat a non- stick skillet or tawa over medium heat and place the rolled roti onto it.
    Utensils:
    1. tawa
  • Cook the roti on one side until bubbles start to appear, then flip it over.
  • Spread a teaspoon of desi ghee on the cooked side and cook the other side until golden brown spots appear.
  • Repeats the process with the remaining dough balls.
  • Finally, serve the hot and delicious oats roti with favorite curry / chutney.
