  • 0.5 cup Water or breast milk ( fresh ) - default

  • Blanching
    Bring water to a rolling boil with a pinch of salt. Add the spinach leaves and submerge them for exactly 60–90 seconds until wilted but still bright green.
  • Shocking
    Immediately drain the leaves and plunge them into a bowl of ice-cold water. This "shocks" the spinach, stopping the cooking process and preserving the vivid color and heat-sensitive vitamins.
  • Blending
